Problem Resolution: Empower your staff to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Encourage them to take ownership of problems and find solutions, even if it means going the extra mile. A well-handled issue can turn a dissatisfied customer into a loyal one.
Feedback Collection: Actively seek feedback from your customers through surveys, reviews, or feedback forms. Use this information to make improvements in your service. Engaging customers in this way shows that you value their opinions and are committed to continuous improvement.

What I’m Reading
This week I am reading Profit First by Mike Michalowicz which will be next month’s book club read for our Firestarter Bookclub. I read this book a couple of years ago and am rereading it as a refresher and I am so glad I did! How many times do you read a book and there are so many actionable items but you don’t take the time to implement them? That is why I love doing a book club because it forces you to slow down, dig deep into the book, and take action!
